10. Recruiter

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • University degree or commercial education
  • 1-2 years experience in human resources or recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Filemaker required
  • German and English fluent in speaking and writing
  • Previous experience in a media company is a plus
  • Distinct advisory skills and good interview skills
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and dynamic personality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent pre-selection of applicants, both freelance artists and potential staff members, for our international team, including leading interviews and maintaining the artist database
  • Independent search for applicants via known networking platforms and the creation of online ads
  • Close collaboration with each department regarding requirements and constant updates of the hiring status
  • Consultation of the management concerning contract offers for applicants
  • Organization of on and off-boarding of our artists
  • Organization and participation in (inter)national fairs and networking events
