- Prior experience in bidding and/or client acquisition processes
- Experience in VFX/Media industry
- Detail orientation and analytical mindset
- High sense of responsibility
- Extensive experience with Excel
- Excellent client management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional communication with clients
- Bid creation and review
- Cost estimation, same as tracking and managing cost efficiency
- Project Management
- Main point of contact to global and local vendors
