Pixar Announces “Soul” for 2020: Disney’s Pixar Animation Studios has reported that its next Animated film will be called Soul. The motion picture is booked to hit theaters on June 19, 2020.
The declaration comes only after two weeks after Pixar released the main trailer for its forthcoming film Onward.
“One year from today, Pixar Animation Studios will take you on a journey from the streets of New York City to the cosmic realms to discover the answers to life’s most important questions,” Pixar said Wednesday on Twitter.

Soul marks a Pixar first: It’s the primary film in the studio’s history to be set in New York City.

The organization has taken on genuine regions previously, similar to Paris (Ratatouille), San Francisco (Inside Out), Scotland (Brave), Australia (Finding Nemo), South America (Up), Mexico (Coco) and even the Himalayas (Monster’s Inc.).
